PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: October 7, 2026

Bridge Capital L.L.C. ("Bridge Capital," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal and business information we collect through bridgecapus.com, our ads and our work with you, why we collect it, who we share it with, how we protect it and the rights you have.

1. WHO WE ARE

Bridge Capital L.L.C. is a Florida limited liability company based in the USA. We provide US company formation, compliance filing and business consulting services. We are the party responsible for (the "controller" of) the personal information described in this policy. Questions or requests about your privacy can be sent to our privacy contact, the Founder of Bridge Capital, at info@bridgecapus.com.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website or in one of our ads, message us on WhatsApp, email us or speak with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number and country of residence

  • Information about your business and the company you want to form, such as its name, owners, managers, state and purpose

  • Any other information you choose to share with us

Information for your company filings. To prepare and file your documents, we collect the information that state agencies, the IRS and registered agent providers require. This can include the full names, addresses, dates of birth, tax identification numbers and copies of identity documents (such as passports) of your company's owners and managers.

Information from our ads and messaging. If you respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram and submit a form, Meta Platforms shares with us the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, country and your answers to our questions. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages and files you send us.

Information for consulting services. If you engage us for consulting, we may receive business information such as financial statements, projections, contracts, ownership details and information about assets. Some of it may include personal information about your owners, managers or employees.

Payment information. If you pay our fees, we receive the billing details needed to process your payment and any refund. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. When you first visit our homepage, your IP address is sent to GeoJS (get.geojs.io), a third-party service, to estimate your country so we can show the site in your language; we only keep your language choice, in your own browser. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google to detect spam and abuse.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION AND WHY

  • To provide the services you request, including forming and maintaining your US company, filing documents and preparing consulting materials. We do this to take steps at your request before and during our engagement.

  • To communicate with you about your inquiry, your company's filings and deadlines, and our work together, by email, phone or WhatsApp, using the contact details you gave us.

  • To send you occasional updates about our services, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by writing to us.

  • To operate, secure and improve our website and services, including showing the site in your language and preventing spam and fraud. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website.

  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

  • With state agencies, the IRS and registered agent providers, only as needed to form and maintain your company.

  • With licensed tax or legal professionals, only when you ask us to or agree to it.

  • With service providers that help us run our business, such as website and form hosting (Squarespace), email and document storage (Google Workspace), payment processing, and the software and AI tools we use to prepare documents and presentations. They process information on our behalf, only to provide their services to us.

  • With Meta Platforms, which operates Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, when you contact us through those services. Meta's use of that information is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

  • With Google, through reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics, and with GeoJS, as described above. Their use of this information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

  • When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.

Your business materials stay yours. We do not send your business information, financial statements or presentations to any lender, investor or other third party. You decide who receives your materials.

5. COOKIES

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Our website uses cookies that are needed for the site to work and, where permitted, cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Bridge Capital is located in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. If you contact us from another country, including Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay or elsewhere in Latin America, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. We transfer it because it is necessary to provide the service you request, and we protect it as described in this policy.

7. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your information, and we limit access to people who need it to provide our services. Identity documents and financial information deserve extra care: before you send them, we will tell you the secure way to share them with us. Please do not send identity documents or account numbers through our website forms, ad forms or WhatsApp. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain the business and tax records the law requires, and resolve disputes. For companies we form or maintain, this generally means for as long as we serve the company and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you do not become a client, we generally delete your inquiry information within 24 months of our last contact.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
